Craft beers, unlike bottled beers which are produced in large quantities, are freshly brewed beers, brewed to a specific style and tradition of the region from which it originates.
Government regulations now permit microbreweries to be set up within the premises of a restaurant; referred to a ‘restaurant brewery’, where the beer produced must be served within the restaurant. A microbrewery which is setup outside the premises of a restaurant may supply its beers only in kegs, to restaurants licensed to serve draft beer.
