Vaibhav Cafe

Due to the immense success of our first restaurant and customers’ love & support, Vaibhav Cafe was opened to serve the best. Specialized in South Indian Cuisine, Vaibhav Cafe has been serving savory food for office goers in Andheri since 2015! We provided end to end solutions and services to make this restaurant stand up in the clutter of competition. It has become very popular name amongst the people of Mumbai.

Vihar Punjab

With a seated capacity of 100 patrons, Vihar Punjab has been a known name for its standard of service from 35 years now! It serves a wide range of Domestic and International breweries. The Manglorian cuisine adds up delicious quotient to it. We crafted Concept, Interior, Menu, Kitchen Setup, and HR for them. Our efforts to present a unique combination of offerings have been appreciated by the visitors time to time.

Hotel Sahar International

Smiling Carrots takes great pride to work as a consultant since the inception of Hotel Sahar International, a business class hotel in Mumbai. It is located centrally at Andheri East which avails an ease of travel through any mode of transport. With magnificent and spacious ambience, the hotel is also known for its quality oriented services. It is professionally managed with 24 individual air conditioned rooms. Today, it has been 25 years and still has a similar brand value in the industry.

River Dale

It is a 500 Sqft kiosk at Vashi Railway Station which has become a food hub for the commuters. Bustling with travellers all the time, River Dale has become much-preferred eatery destination. With delectable South Indian Food, we have also managed to offer fast food like burgers, juices, and snacks. We have kept it local and fresh!

Anna Punjabi

Started in January 2016, Anna Punjabi managed to earn a very good reputation for itself. Located in a commercial hub at Andheri East, this restaurant has garnered a lot of appreciation from its customers. We have put our finest efforts to craft graceful interior design and also, develop cost effective kitchen setup.

Chinese N Grill

This is our newest project opened in early 2017. Based at Chandivali, Powai, it is known for its quick Takeway service. Designed with a simple decor, it is continuouly buzzing with office goers. Another USP of this restaurant is a good quality of food. Our effectient strategy has led this project mark a speedy growth in the takeway business.

SagarRatna

Situated in JLT, Dubai, this restaurant is one of the most crucial international projects by us. The seating arrangement overlooking the lake is an eye soothing view of this culinary spot! An Indian Restaurant specializing in Rajasthani Cuisine has won hearts across the nation. This motivates us to raise the graph of our business on a global scale.

Knotty Yard

Located in beautiful Burdubai, Dubai, it became a famous Sports Bar amongst Indians and local citizens quickly. Opened in 2016 in Holiday Inn, Knotty Yard has successfully created its own identity. We have tried to keep it very trendy yet classy. Along with maintaining the cool atmosphere, we have also designed a pretty ambience for it. The overall composition appears stunning & worth a visit. And such work encourages us to do even better!

Craft beers, unlike bottled beers which are produced in large quantities, are freshly brewed beers, brewed to a specific style and tradition of the region from which it originates.

Government regulations now permit microbreweries to be set up within the premises of a restaurant; referred to a ‘restaurant brewery’, where the beer produced must be served within the restaurant. A microbrewery which is setup outside the premises of a restaurant may supply its beers only in kegs, to restaurants licensed to serve draft beer.
